I have an amount of £45.00 coming out of my account every month.  I can not see this direct debit on My Sky account.  All other direct debits are correct.  Who do I call?

You should be able to see it online by selecting the change payment method link here: https://www.sky.com/bill

Yep.  Done that.  All of what is on there is correct.  However the £45.00 that comes out of my account is not on there.  The Sky logo is next to the direct debit but I cannot see it on My Bills.

What's on there? It should include your bank a count number and sort code.
