@Coleman84  If you have a  direct debit setup you don't need to make manual payments.  Making payments this way won't stop a direct debit.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Firstly this is mainly a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services on here. Sky don't try to take any money 'every day'. If a direct debit should fail Sky try again (once) ten calendar days later.
