Bill

I have cancelled my sky subscription.  My next bill is -£59. What does this mean?

@nsmith19  how long ago did you cancel 

 

your account could be in credit for days paid for beyond notice period expiring

@nsmith19  Automatic refunds can take upto six weeks from termination date but if you give them a call it'll take between 3-5 working days 

 

alternatively we can alert the community messaging team to contact you from here if you prefer

Yes, if no further charges are due, you should receive an automatic refund within around 6 weeks.
