Hi I'd like to query why my sky is now so much money? I'd like to either make this cheaper or I'm gonna have to look in to cancellation as I really can't afford over £100 a month

Hi @Tinytinz4
Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
To contact Sky
Select Need more help
at the bottom of the following link and this will lead to a phone contact.
Ignore all automated messages and wait for an agent

A discounted deal could have ended. You would have been told the date the discounted deal was ending when you originally took it out. If you haven’t already you should compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ.
If your discount has ended you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount but if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available. (Don’t forget the annual price increase effective from 1 April).
You can either call Sky using the information posted by @oldfella or use the following link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave
This link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/been-overcharged may also help.
