Hi. My sky service was disconnected few months ago because I have changed provider. All bills were paid but I still got a bill for a payment of £68.00

i don't understand why. I have returned some of the equipment and I was told I don't need to send some others. Not fair to be charged for something I was told is not necessary to return.

In case you’re not already aware you aren’t addressing Sky’s Customer Service Team here. This is a customer helps customer forum. What does the breakdown of your bill say the charge is for? What did you return? What didn't you return?
