I’m afraid this is a customer helps customer forum and you’re not addressing Sky Customer Services.

 

What service did you cancel?
How did you cancel?
Did you get an email confirming cancellation?
When was your last day of connection?

Bills are generated 14 days before billing date - if your service was still active (even if stopping the following day) then a full bill is generated, including the month in advance.  Remember you have to give notice when cancelling - it's not immediate.

 

Next month's bill will generate the corresponding credit and should be automatically refunded in 6 weeks - earlier if you chase it.
