It sounds like the minimum term on your package has come to and end so the discount you had has now finished. When you took this out you would have been told how long it was going to last for so now is the time to call Sky to see if they will offer you a further discount for the next 12/18 months if you agree to a new contract.
If you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number. Or under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call:
Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.

I took SKY Q and there was no charge for installation but new contract was started in November . I was told the price of monthly payment would remain the same unless I added some new additions . Which I haven't .

If you haven’t already you should compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ.

Thank you . I've checked and found £5 discrepancy (no discount on Sky Cinema) haven't found anything else .
changed payment date 7 days difference) but have taken that into account as well. Everything else has in contract discount applied . New contract since June as took offer of SKY Q free installation .

My guess it is something to do with this as changing your date will see the amount you pay change for the next bill as well so what does the following months bills say you will be paying ?

I've taken into account 7 day change of payment date . I'm not sure how to attach photo shots on here tbh . There's definitely lack of £5 discount on sky cinema .
Everything is still in contract as skyQ started in June .
Found how to attach photos now 🙂

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou have lost a £5 discount on Sky Signature and a £7 one on Sky Signature so this would be something you need to take up with Sky if you believe it is wrong and that it has finished to early.

Thankyou @caesarome
I noticed one then the other .
well that's £12 of the £13. Sorted . I'll put the rest down to increase or fluctuation when I changed payment date .
I feel a phone call coming on 😄

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe £1 loss is from Sky Signature as it was £27 on the October and November bills but is now £28 on the January one and possibly the December one that you haven't posted.
