Hi,
so I was late paying my sky stream, they tried to take the money multiple times and at the time I didn't have it. When I did I paid it, my services weren't restricted but now it's a month later, I have paid a bill since then and I'm getting an overdue notice.
when I go onto the details it says on both that they are paid in full.
how do I get this to change so they don't restrict anything without reason.
