My account says Sky issued the refund on 17th February. But I haven't received anything (its now 13th March). I'm living overseas and the number to call keeps getting automatically cut off after 4 or 5 rings. No way of emailing Sky, or (apparently) calling them.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Witchhouse I will escalate your post the Sky staff here, they can usually help with refunds without you having to call.
You will receive either a private message inviting you to chat or you may see a blue chat bubble appear on your screen(towards the bottom), it won't be Instant and once you start the chat you have 48 hours to respond(don't worry if you can't we can always re-escalate if needed).
