Can anyone help I was away out of the country I've just returned home. I tried to pay my bill whilst I was away but it wouldn't let me login. I've paid it today but it was due yesterday I've never ever missed a payment before will this effect my credit score

The T's and C's do state you should have a direct debit or continuous card payment set up which would have meant you wouldn't have had this problem.

Going forward as noted above by @Daniel0210 you should have something setip on your account so the bill can be paid automatically each month.

It shows as paid I went on chat and asked them but got no sensible answer. There is a payment card in there which is odd I've never ever missed a payment with anyone
