Bill overcharge after new contract agreed.
Absolute nightmare billing issue with Sky. New contract agreed on the 10th September that they don't seem to be capable of honouring at the agreed price. Every time I speak to someone the bill gets changed to something else in excess of what was agreed. I've had to send an email of the complaint to the ceo. I've basically said give the the agreed deal, as evidenced in an offers confirmation email, my account notes and recordings of my conversations or cancel in line with my rights. This complaint has been prioritised apparently but they still haven't resolved the issue. The excessive bill is due on the 27th October and I have no confidence that they won't try to charge me the amount shown.
In all my years with Sky I've never experienced such unprofessionalism. It feels like the offer on the. 10th September was a bait and switch compliance tactic.

As you agreed to the discount on the 10th September it will have been to late for it to be shown on your 17 September bill as our bills are created 14 days previously so once that happens any agreed changes should then be shown on the following months bill so I take it that while this one is wrong your 27th November bill is also incorrect ?

Yes the discounts that I agreed on the 10th September don't show on my current or future bills. They include completely different discounts but as the discounts are smaller the bill is higher. Everytime I have contacted sky and the issue has been escalated someone goes into my account and merely applies a new set of discounts that bear no relation to what was agreed. Of course the discounts are always less than what was agreed. It's a complete shambles. They should either honour the deal or be honest with me if they can't and honour my original contract end date.
