Bill is wring

Hi our bill is to high,it should be £23 a month, they give us 2 deals for hd and movies but we cancelled them a month before the free trial ended,please refund us the £23 over charge

Did you get an email acknowledgement that they had been cancelled ?

 

What date did you call them to cancel ?

What date are you billed each month as it might be that the bill had been created before you cancelled so what does next months bill show ?

If they've been fully cancelled then the next bill should generate the corresponding credit - no refund needed.
