@Carrie1888  If your bill has gone up it will be likely be because of discounts ending, have you checked your previous bills and compared them to your current bill? https://www.sky.com/help/articles/bill-not-as-expected

@Carrie1888

Apart from the usual annual price increase (April in UK, December in ROI), your price shouldn't change unless your discount is ending or you change something in your subscription.

@meckbev    I don't see how that's possible sky can  only take the amount the due bill is for

what are the two amounts, also what's the description for the payment on your bank statement

Re: Bill inquiry

The two amounts are: credit and debit £17.53 and taken from my bank account £35.56 which is a DD payment to Sky digital with a reference number and a mandate number.

One year ago I cancelled Sky TV for my late husband but kept the broadband, phone and mobile. The mobile I do not have any problems with, so it is the broadband and landline

Can you post a screen shot of your bill, after obscuring any personal information such as your Sky account number?

Re: Bill inquiry

Thank you. I have taken a screen shot but I have no idea how to obscure the account number

Are you able to scroll up the page a bit so that it's off the screen, before taking the screen shot?

You don't need to post a screenshot of this but what is the bill total for your previous and next bills ?
