Bill inquiry

Hi I'm writing about my bill as they charge me for box office when I don't use it and the charge me 19 99 so I have rung up and they said it will be refunded from my account in few hours but haven't received yet

Have you checked to see if they have applied a credit to your acciunt instead, if they have then this can be refunded so if you don't see it on your currebt bill have a look at the following one.
