Hi,
I have just added broadband to my sky products having had sky mobile for years.
Where i can see and amend everything for my mobile account, settings, bill etc when i try and do the same for my broadband account i get taken to a page saying, "the page is restricted" or "it looks like you dont have sky broadband". But i do have sky broadband and it works and i have paid my first months bill. Why am i not able to see and amend everything for my broadband?
