The annual price increases comes in April in the UK. You will have an email or letter about in in the next couple of weeks.

It may be worth checking the Messages section of your My Sky account. If Sky hold an email address on record for you, the confirmation of the price rise and how it affects you will be sent to it ( and i'm guessing could potentially get caught in a spam/junk folder).

Any comms sent by Sky, either via letter or email should be visible through the Message section.
