Bill increase

Hi by previous bill was £117 it's gone up to £132 I rung sky up to discuss my bill they said they can puy me on a 18 month contract at £142 , fixed or £132 if I continue not in contract, which doesn't make any sense to me, I've been with sky over 30 years I've got full package & Internet & calls, I think that's a bit steep

@Lee100

The different figures you quoted don't sound right.

If your discount has ended I would suggest re-contacting Sky to clarify the deal they can do which will require another 18 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount so if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

You can either call Sky or use the following link

edit: your duplicate thread has been removed. You don't need two.

Is it possible your misheard the figure as the renewal deal will not be more than the current list price that you would be paying?

Could they be the other way round?

It's quite possible the figures mentioned are correct as the £132 figure would be subject to the annual price rise which may take it above the fixed £142.

Re: Bill increase

Hi thanks for replies yeh it was definitely dearer on fixed tariff, that's why I rung twice to make sure, I said I'm not paying £142
