If your discount has ended I would suggest re-contacting Sky to clarify the deal they can do which will require another 18 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount so if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.
You can either call Sky or use the following link

edit: your duplicate thread has been removed. You don't need two.

Is it possible your misheard the figure as the renewal deal will not be more than the current list price that you would be paying?

Could they be the other way round?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt's quite possible the figures mentioned are correct as the £132 figure would be subject to the annual price rise which may take it above the fixed £142.

Hi thanks for replies yeh it was definitely dearer on fixed tariff, that's why I rung twice to make sure, I said I'm not paying £142
