Bill gone up and want to see what offers are

My bill has gone from 65.00 to 94.59 in a year with the same packages! Before I look elsewhere can anything be done, any offers on? I also want to add Disney so need best offer for all this? Thanks

In case you aren’t aware you’re not automatically contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum. We are customers trying to help other customers.


Discounts may have recently expired or be ending very soon. Sky will have told you the date the discount was ending when you took it out. You could compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ

If your discounts have ended you can contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal or potentially amend your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, in fact recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are no longer being offered. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

If your discount is ending then you will see a price rise unless you contact Sky and agree a new discounted contract.

Are a sky Q customer? 

If so I had the issue you got in the end there are ni new deals for sky Q customers more than £5 off a month.

Sky contact with the satellite company ends in 2028. We been told the sort out but there pushing us hard of there satellite
