I suspect it's just an automated message due to their systems not receiving the payment (yet).

 

I wouldn't make a manual payment as they would have requested the payment a few working days ago and cannot be stopped.

Mine is all sorted, they hadn't activated my direct debit, told me to pay by card this month and they will activate it for next month.

@Stan+Hartley  that's great news , just keep an eye out for any double payment as it's been known for customers to be given misinformation
