Bill charges late fees

Hi Sky,

I was charged £33.15 this month. You charged me in the middle of the month previously but I do not get paid until the last working day of every month - I did say this several times.

i have now gone in and changed the billing date which I didn't realise I could do as frankly it's like fort knocks trying to get hold of a human to speak to someone and out changing this.

Can you please take this late fee payment off please as I feel this is unfair when I could not pay money when I'm waiting on my salary to come in?

Please refund and advise?

Many thanks

Sarah Taylor

Theres no reason for Sky to remove a late payment fee if you were late in paying. Sky won't know a reason for the non/late payment.
