Bill being more expensive than agreed

I have upgraded my phone it said it would cost £47 and now I'm being charged £65? Why am I being charged an additional £28

Was the first bill for a longer period than the usual one month?

Did you return your phone as trade in?  If so, has it been processed yet?  (It's taking around 2-3 weeks atm)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
