I've not had a full month's supply of Internet and TV, so do I have to pay a full bill?

@Nichola2287  Yes as you're billed in advance, you need to pay all charges requested.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Can you explain more?  Was there a fault or new install?
