Bill amount

Im only with sky broadband since november.

My bill is meant to be €32/MONTH, for sky ultrafast 500MB.

But they said i upgraded it to 1GB sky ultrafast plus recently on my bill.

Which i did not. I wrote a complaint into sky in this regard. Has anyone had the same issue?.

Hi Ceasarome,  its says its billing me €46 99.. €32 + 14.99.

The 14.99 says trial 14days.

It says it will take 46.99 euro out next bill, but on. Future bills it says 32 euro each month.

Perhaps im wrong and they simply just take the €32 on the day.??

The first two bills are always higher due to the date period they cover (longer than the usual 4 weeks) as you can read about here, halfway down the page here:

I get that... but i started it on 22nd november this year, then on 5th of december i got chsrged full €32..

Now 1 month later its €46.99.

I have only been with sky 1 month and about 10 days.

Give as much detail as possible like the time and date when you signed up so if you did this over the phone they an listen to what was said to you.
