Bill Paid,Yet Balance due remain

I have oaid my bill but the system has not been updated with my payment as yet.

Therefore my account is still showing a payment due balance and my TV is displaying to login to sky.com/Myaccount, but there is not an option to select to report and prove payment has been made.

 

Please advise

@Berthier  You will need to wait for payment to clear which can take a couple of days.

 

You will also need to setup a new direct debit too.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Berthier did Sky specifically ask you to make a manual payment?
