I have oaid my bill but the system has not been updated with my payment as yet.
Therefore my account is still showing a payment due balance and my TV is displaying to login to sky.com/Myaccount, but there is not an option to select to report and prove payment has been made.
Please advise

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Berthier You will need to wait for payment to clear which can take a couple of days.
You will also need to setup a new direct debit too.
