Quick one. On my products it says sky signature offer ends 28/9/24. Is that when my contracts up?
Also when is the best time to phone sky so I don't run into the next month? Payments are due on the 2nd.

That is when the minimum term is up so you should be able to contact Sky prior to that to give notice to leave as you have to give 31 days notice to cancel.
Once you have left you will need to return your equipment. Sky usually sends packaging out near the end of the cancellation notice period of 31 days for TV or 14 days for Broadband/Talk so if you haven't received it then you can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

If you give notice to cancel at 31 days (28/8) then your billing continues as normal so the bill generated on 18/9 will be as usual (including into October past cessation date). The following bill will generate a credit back to cessation.
Trying to circumvent the automated billing process is not recommended...
