I cancelled my father's sky subscription after he passed away and the account is in credit. When ringing sky to ask how to get the money refunded, they cannot find the account. How can I get the refund processed?

Can you see the credit on his account ?

Yes. When I log onto his sky account and look at his bills, it says the account is in credit of £20.18.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours.
