Being charged for your services when I cancelled my Sky in October

You are sending my email saying I owe you money when I cancelled my Sky in October 24

Which services? How did you cancel? Did you receive confirmation of the cancellation from Sky?

I'm having the same issue. Cancelled my mobile plans months ago and I'm still being charged for them! I'm well outside the agreed contract and devices were paid long ago!! Don't understand

Yes I recieved my stac code and was still being charged. So I called customer service and they said they would put a stop to it. It stopped for a month and started back up again!! It's ridiculous

All you can do is to call Sky again.
