Being billed for non existent sky Q minibox

You have been billing me for a Sky Q mini box that I have never had. I only discovered this when agreeing a new 2 year deal. Follow numerous I bought and phone calls and being passed from pillar to post I have still not resolved the situation. Can you please get someone who can sort this problem to call me.

This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are here to try to help other customers. You aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services here.

 

You are billed monthly for a Sky Multiscreen subscription not a mini box.

 

No one will / can phone you. Your Community tag name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you have so no one knows who you are.

There is no subscription for mini boxes.  Do you mean multiroom?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

A multiscreen subscription allows you to view your Sky Q recordings on the Sky Go app so if you no longer want this then you will need to contact Sky and give them

the required 31 days notice to cancel it.
