So if you have 2 months free then you have to cancel at the end of the first month.

They never told me to cancel 31 days before anything even though I didn't want the Netflix and sky cinema but the sales guy pushed me for it

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreJust pointing out the underlying T&C's you had previously agreed. Technically, you haven't been 'overcharged' but of course you can pursue a complaint etc. with Sky. (As other customers here we cannot help other than point out the terms)
