Just over 2 weeks I wrote to you with a letter plus notification to say I had power of attorney as my husband is now in a nursing home and not able to make decisions.  It was asking for my Broadband to be cancelled. On checking my bank account I see you have just taken this months charge for Broadband I would appreciate it if you could explain why this has happened and refund what you have taken.

I'm afraid we're not Sky Customer Services - just customers. Sky won't know who you are from your post. I'd suggest giving them a call.

Sorry to hear about your husband's health. Did Sky email to confirm the subscription was cancelled?

 

Bills are generated 14 days prior to the payment date so this was no doubt whilst your husband was still a customer.

 

Once the notice period has been and gone any overpayment should be reimbursed about 6 weeks after your last day of connection.

Then due to your husband's circumstances it appears to be taking longer. As suggested give Sky a call and try to chase this up if you can.
