Bankruptcy

Hi.

I was made bankrupt last year and every time i try and contact SKY i get knocked back and they say its not their debt, even at collections etc.

The debt is £600 due to equipment charges they claim i didn't return years ago but i did but it's their word against mine now.

How can i get someone there to accept my bankruptcy as im no longer liable for the outstanding amount.

I can only guess that Sky have sold on your debt, and are not longer managing it.

@Sam021979 Did you inform your insolvency practitioner of the debt? If not that would explain why it still exists and after years it would be with a debt collection company.

If you did let the insolvency practitioner know I would be asking them why they didn't deal with it.

Re: Bankruptcy

My trustee has contacted them several tomes but just not hearing back, i may just leave it then with me no longer being liable for the debt with it being prior to my bankruptcy.

Sorry in my original post I meant to say they keep saying not their dept as in department. Im sorry for any errors in spelling and grammar etc, this is due to my Dyslexia.
