Bank switch mistake

I switched my bank this month and realised too late that what I thought was a direct debit must have been a standing card payment. The issue is the money to pay the bill is now gone, I hadn't realised it hadn't been paid as I'm still getting used to the new banking app. Can Sky add the payment due to next months bill before things are restricted? I get TV, Phone, Broadband and mobile with them so any service restrictions would be catastrophic. Especially with a disabled kid and hospital being in touch multiple times a week.

What does your online account show regarding this bill:

https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/

If it shows it as outstanding then the chances are your services might be restricted until you pay it and reset up your payment method.

Re: Bank switch mistake

I'm finding it confusing, the TV bill says services can be restricted but further down says anything unpaid will be added to next months bill and the mobile bill looks like its just been added to the next bill with no restrictions.

Have you looked at next months bill to see if they have carried this bill over to it ?
