As we are customers here @Raian123 to see if you will be given a discount you will need to call Sky.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Say No when asked if you want a text or to go online then stay on the line.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

@Raian123 You need to call as we are all customers here and contracts/discounts can't be negotiated on a public forum.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Please note I only provide help on the main forums and not via PM, PM's are switched off.

@Raian123 By contact they mean you need to call sky directly and negotiate a price in return you will need to agree to a new minimum term (24 months)
any acceptable offer must be accepted on the spot as it might not be available next time you call

@Raian123
If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards and NOT via Direct Messaging

...although anecdotally I doubt you'll get anywhere near a new customer offer from a different provider.
Just check any locked in increases.
