Awful customer service nobody helps you

Get left with no Internet for 9 days, when joining  for the broadband with no apology. Upgraded my tv package, engineer doesn't turn up. 

Bills are all wrong, 2 hours on an online chat to get it sorted and Instead my free sky sports and cinema offer for a month is took off and bills remained the same?! Rang up for another 2 hour phone call being passed around to 5 different operators nobody knows what they are doing, so they then remove my kids channel and charge me £10 admin fee !! I have spent over 8 hours trying to speak with complaint department and I don't think it exists? Nobody takes ownership of a complaint and deals with it? all I want to do is speak to someone who I can explain this absolute awful experience I am having in just trying to get my bills to what I agreed with the sales person !  I am loosing my mind I really hate sky.

Hi yes many times thank you though. They reply to me saying we have tried to contact you but was unable too get in touch, (but they haven't !) and if I still require assistance fill it in again so I'm going round in circles. as the don't reply back it's a one way conversation on those forms .
