It has been longer than 30 days and I still haven't received my compensation payment

I received a message via my sky app saying I was due auto compensation because when they couldn't install sky broadband and I had to wait for another engineer but it never got installed.

Do you mean your broadband still hasn't been installed?

I gave up with getting it installed after waiting over a month to have 3 different engineers come out and say the same thing and put in a complaint to sky saying I no longer want it as I've been waiting over a month for it to be installed. They came back and said basically they will stop the installation completely and I will still be getting my compensation. And now I'm still waiting over the 30 days for the compensation
