I have received an amount for auto compensation to my sky account and would like it paid to my bank account but am not having any luck being able to get this sorted. I've tried online bot chat that won't put me through to live advisor and called customer service to get hung up by bot on phone & told to go online, has anyone had any luck with a similar situation please?

It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account so it goes towards a future bill.
