I have already raised a complaint and was contacted only to be told that an expert would call me back at an arranged time. That never happened. I think the problem occurred when I joined Sky in September but cancelled the order within Half an hour. The operator told me she could not cancel the equipment and it woul arrive by Royal Mail. She told me to ask the postman to return it to sender. The postman noted that I would not accept. So I never had the equipment. I decided I would join Sky after being given a good quote. I received the new equipment with some hassle but now everything is working well except for the frequent text messages asking for equipment returned..

That probably isn't test advice you could have been given as you have no tracking information that you would have got had you returned the equipment yourself via Royal Mail.
