Mine have not updated either. I do wonder about Sky's billing system sometimes.
The contract clearly states 31 days notice must be given.

Grossly unfair they've very quickly applied my price increase and I've been 13 years with them! One rule for some another for others !

The price increase is effective for all liable customers from 1 April.

My current package is £37 a month, my future bills are going up to £41.50 thats over 10 %. When I took the package out I specifically asked when it went up in April would it be more than £3.70 (10 %) I was told no its never gone up that much , usual increase was 6-7 % between £2.20 -£2.60.
I was assured of this and now is around a 12% increase. Can anyone shed any light before I attempt to get through on the phone. Many Thanks
