App says paid but nothing on bank statement

Hello, my app says payment taken on the 15/07/24 (Monday) but nothing is showing on my bank statement, is my bill paid and something wrong with the bank or as the DD still got to go out? DD payment is set on the 15th of every month

Sky automatically shows your bill as paid when they process the direct debit. Your bank account should be deleted shortly.
