App saying ive payed my bill

I go on the sky app to pay my bill and it says it already pay but then when I go into my bank it is not pending what should I do

@Mrs+heron  Don't pay it yourself if it's saying paid sky are in the process of receiving it even though it hasn't left your account

@Mrs+heron do you not have a continuous payment method setup up as it sounds like sky has taken payment automatically from that

 

if you click on where it says payment received on your bill what date is shown

I go to the payment and it got a tick next to the amount that I've payed on the 5th

But on the app it is saying sky's not received payment it is so confusing

If it is saying zero then the payment has been made so don't be tempted to pay it again.
