So I left sky on 6th September and have quite a lot of credit left on my account. I have returned all the equipment but as I do not want to spend ages on the phone I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen? How long am I going to have to wait? Thanks

Find out more@Carla1984 Automatic refunds can take 6 weeks, the other options are to call or we can escalate to the community team here who can assist in getting it actioned quicker (3-5 working days), if you want the community team to contact you let us know and I'll escalate your post to them.

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later.
You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.

Hi,
I recently posted about waiting for a refund and thanks to everyone on here I did manage to get intouch with sky. I was told I had to wait for my final bill which has now past that date. Trying to find my post on how to contact them is like looking for a needle in a haystack!! Can someone please help I just want my refund. Thanks in advance
