So, Sky don't accept Amex. Terrible. Has anyone found a workaround? Thanks!

@Montydog77 There is no workaround sky will only except cards issued via either visa or Mastercard

The only workaround I know if is to use a different credit or debit card. Or a direct debit. I suspect most people with an Amex card, me included, have another card, as it's common for Amex not to be accepted.

I'm not aware of any major telecoms firm accepting Amex. Not sure how you can conclude that's terrible.

i use a visa cash back card....

Quite a lot of companies don't accept Amex. Mainly because the fees charged by Amex tends to be higher than Visa and Mastercard.

As a 'general' workaround you can link an Amex to Paypal but Sky don't accept this currently either.

@Montydog77 Best solution here would be to get a Curve Debit card, you can link any card such as Amex, Discover, PayPal, Visa & Mastercard.

It can be useful for other providers who don't accept Amex

Search Google for Curve Card.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
