Am trying to book broadband but it is saying someone else has an account with my address which might
This is a rented house and the last person who lived here must be still on your records and am trying to get broadband but it will not let me log in

Try signing up without logging in, in that case. You'll need to create a new Sky ID later in any case. You may need to clear your browser cache or use your browser's incognito/privacy mode too.
