Hello everyone,
I have just joined Sky Talk and Broadband. I have received automatic compensation regarding a missed activation date. Can I withdraw this rather than leave this on my account for future bills?
Kind regards,
Lewis

@lewlew959 Unfortunately compensation cannot be withdrawn and must be used against bills
the only exception is if service has been cancelled in which case it can be withdrawn

Re: Am I able to withdraw my in credit balance?
So that credit will be used towards the next bill and may be more bills depending on the amount and the bill amounts. So no money or less money will be withdrawn from your normal payment method.
