Agreement ended November but I’m getting billed until January is this right?

My credit agreement for my iPad ended 23rd November so does it sound right to anyone that I'm still being charged a full payment December to January? Surely the November payment should've been the last one?

Any help or advice would be appreciated

Are you sure your agreement has ended?

 

Many think a Swap24 contract is 24 months (where it's actually 36)

Yes it has ended it states the end date as the 23rd November 2024

Are you sure the payment is not for the iPad but is for the sim ?

@caesarome and I don't have a sim for that only use WiFi.
