My credit agreement for my iPad ended 23rd November so does it sound right to anyone that I'm still being charged a full payment December to January? Surely the November payment should've been the last one?
Any help or advice would be appreciated

Many think a Swap24 contract is 24 months (where it's actually 36)

Yes it has ended it states the end date as the 23rd November 2024

@caesarome and I don't have a sim for that only use WiFi.
