Hi everyone,
After some advice please - I had put in my notice to leave Sky a couple of weeks ago and received a call from retentions where we had a 2hr 15m phone call and agreed to a new deal for two years.
Was told need to sort a couple of things out on Sky side and would receive a call back the next day from Sky to finalise everything
No call back received and now there is no record of the deal that I was quoted and have chased daily via Customer Services
A week later no call back, and now Netflix is being charged outside of my Sky package.
Not sure what to do here apart from leaving and going elsewhere
Any advice gratefully received

Re: Advice for my existing Sky account - retention deal details lost
@Pauly+P Only one thing you can do and that's put in a formal complaint with the details of the call (date/time etc) has that's your only proof
as you're discovered the deals over the phone only last for the duration of the call and won't normally be available next time
