Admin fees and sky box returned but been told I’m being charged.

Admin fees which I was told I wouldn't be charged. 
Also returned my Sky streaming box and been told I'm being charged. 

fuming is an understatement.

Thank you after an hour long call chatting to 3 separate people I was finally put through to cancellation who hopefully is going to reimburse my account been told I'll get a call back, mm will wait and see.

@Icemaiden. 

If you challenge the admin fees that might then apply a credit to your account to cover the charge.

 

When you speak to Sky let them know the tracking number so they can see it has been returned then they should credit back or refund the charge.
