Hello,
I entered in to another contract with sky to incure the £10 admin fee but I then cancelled the sky in my cooling off period but the charge is still there. Can anybody help why should i pay the charge when I haven't had the contract

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you spoken to Sky since you changed your mind and cancelled because if not you will need to do this about this fee as they will either credit your account or refund it if you are no longer a customer.
