Admin Fee

Hi all,

Hubby rang Sky yesterday to update our package with pricing etc got a reasonable deal & at end of phone call he got told we had to pay an admin fee of £20 that would be found our next bill.

Hubby questioned this as never in 6 years have we had an admin fee & we aren't going to start now. Anyone else with same issue??

Sky, if you don't remove the admin fee you will be left without a LOYAL customer, something Sky really don't believe in!!

You are only talking to other customers on here and not Sky support as this is a community where we help each other.

@Samturn
Admin charges are usually added to discounted deals (new or on renewal), and it’s normally £10 per discount. Perhaps check your future bills and see if the charges have been credited back.

Re: Admin Fee

Daniel,

Never had an admin fee shown on any bill before.

Next bill has 2 £10 admin fees on.

I will move supplier, not being robbed!

Admin fees have been a thing for a number of years.

Re: Admin Fee

Well, not made out on my bills, if I'd have seen admin fee I sure would have known.

This is the first time in 6 years.

Like on other threads, if Sky want to rob their customers we can go to another company with a better deal instead of staying loyal.

I was just wanting other people to know what Sky are doing & highlighting this!

@Samturn

That's your choice if you're able to. Perhaps call Sky and see if they'll withdraw the charges.
